NewVoice System Installation and Integration

NewVoice are an Alcatel-Lucent application partner offering an Alarm Management System which can be integrated with both Office and Enterprise PABX systems. Multiple import sources such as dry contacts and fire alarm log files are supported. Alarm information collected from whichever source can then be displayed on all types of digital handsets: DECT, wireless and desktop, in addition to an audio message giving specific details.
